Summit built a paver patio, custom pergola, and fire pit off the back of our home. We removed the old cracked concrete pad and steps that came with the house and haven't regretted it once. Dave was even able to fix our settling issues in that area as well. We have entertained on the patio for the past couple of years, and I can't believe how well the pavers have held up. They haven't moved. When friends come over and compliment our outdoor space they can't believe it has been there for over 4 years. It still looks new. Summit installed a 12' x 18' aluminum pergola over our backyard concrete patio. The pergola was securely attached to the house and is solidly built. The brown frame matched with cream colored louvers match the house beautifully. The remote controlled electric louvers and electric screens work very well and provide needed functionality. It took several weeks to have the materials shipped from Canada, but once it all arrived Dave and crew did a timely job of installation. It added considerable additional usable space to our backyard. A job well done.
